The Benchley-Weinberger Foundation held its annual gala and auction at Building 177, featuring a cocktail reception and silent auction in the picturesque Luce Court followed by dinner inside 177.

Surrounded by towering palm trees and an elegantly lit fountain, guests enjoyed beer, wine, and signature cocktails at two bar locations. To accommodate the ~270 attendees, our team worked closely with event planners to ensure seamless service—one bar in Luce Court dedicated to the specialty cocktails- aptly named “Tiger’s Blood” and “Cheetah’s Breath” to fit their jungle theme - and another bar on the Building 177 patio offering beer and wine.

As with many non-profit and fundraising events, organizers often incorporate sponsored beverages, which we’re happy to serve alongside our BYO package that covers all the essentials.
